The service of Certified Email from Acumbamail It allows you to send emails and obtain a signed certificate indicating the delivery status. This way you can check all associated events, from the moment of sending to delivery and any errors.
To send a certified email, you need to have certified email credits. The email is sent through the sendCertifiedEmail API endpoint, and you can use an SMTP template or directly include your HTML in the body field.
Once the shipment has been sent, you can check its status at any time. Please note that this status may change in the following days. After 15 days, the shipment is considered complete and will not be subject to further changes.
In the menu corresponding to your shipment, you will find the option “Download the certificate”. The document signed by Acumbamail will include:
In a successful transmission: transmission details, source IP, destination server IP, opening IP (if applicable), and the times of each event.
In case of delivery error (Soft or Hard Bounce): the sender's IP address, the destination server's IP address, and the error message returned by the receiving server.
