We're on a mission to help women with chronic health concerns - high blood pressure/ cholesterol, overweight/ obesity, type 2 or pre-diabetes, menopausal symptoms, PCOS and infertility, endometriosis, Hashimoto's, Crohn's, and other autoimmune diseases, migraines, etc etc. We aim to not just improve but REVERSE diseases wherever possible.
Dr. Polak started giving a free informational session in Feb 2021 to share the science with anyone interested. By the end, they wanted to know how to transition to eating for their best health.
So the not-for-profit Benessere North was born, and Dr. Polak launched a mini-course and then the Women's Health Hub Community to give the expert guidance and support needed to transition and have the most successful health outcomes.
You can learn the exact steps to transition your diet safely, effectively, and simply to the most healing whole food plant-based nutrition - in the company of other kind, compassionate, health-seeking women like you. This is the women's community to join if you want to increase your lifespan and your healthspan (i.e., how many healthy years you live) and do it in great company.
This women's membership helps you work towards your optimal health by helping you transition to eating science-backed, super high-nutrient, delicious whole food plant-based nutrition.
This way of eating can also help alleviate health anxiety since it gives YOU back the power to heal your body as you'll be providing your body the best fuel for healing now and for preventing future health problems.
We also talk about how to work with your doctor since many women have to reduce/ taper off medications as needed, which supplements you'll need (and which to avoid), how to eat "on plan" while eating in restaurants, how to switch even if no one else around you eats this way, and how to navigate all the challenges you might encounter.
