Y no abusar&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Caso real: personalizaci\u00f3n que mejora resultados<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ejemplo interesante es el de Sephora. <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/02\/making-personalized-marketing-work\" id=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/02\/making-personalized-marketing-work\">Seg\u00fan Harvard Business Review<\/a>: la marca ha desarrollado estrategias de personalizaci\u00f3n basadas en datos de comportamiento, lo que le permite enviar comunicaciones m\u00e1s relevantes y mejorar la interacci\u00f3n con sus clientes. <em>(Probablemente me hay\u00e1is visto referenciar este caso antes. Lo hago porque es una referencia clave en cuanto a personalizaci\u00f3n basada en datos, o al menos dentro de mi radar. Aunque no lo pareza, no es f\u00e1cil encontrar tantos buenos ejemplos de personalizaci\u00f3n basada en datos sin ser Amazon). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No me enrollo m\u00e1s. Clave del caso: no enviaban m\u00e1s. Enviaban mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00f3mo aplicar esto en tu estrategia (paso a paso)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajamos a tierra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
