El <\/span><strong>\u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puede arrojar mucha luz al respecto.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n (CSAT) es un valor num\u00e9rico que mide <\/span><strong>hasta qu\u00e9 punto se muestra satisfecho el cliente<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con nuestra empresa. Hay varios momentos clave del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/glosario\/customer-journey-map\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">customer journey<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para realizar esta valoraci\u00f3n; por ejemplo despu\u00e9s de ser atendido por el SAT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ya sabes que en el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">marketing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nos encantan las m\u00e9tricas (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/glosario\/kpi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KPI<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), as\u00ed que, en realidad, el CSAT es solo <\/span><strong>uno de los indicadores<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se utilizan para medir la experiencia del cliente. Otros son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/glosario\/nps\/\"><strong>NPS<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfNos recomendar\u00edas a tus familiares y amigos?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CES<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfCu\u00e1nto esfuerzo te supuso interactuar con nuestra empresa?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>TGW<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00bfCu\u00e1ntas quejas ha habido?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Indicadores (KPIs) del \u00edndice de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/h2>\n<h3>Encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dado que los sentimientos que inspira una marca son algo subjetivo, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos evaluar la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente? Simple: <\/span><strong>haci\u00e9ndole una o varias preguntas<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al respecto.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfAlguna vez te has preguntado para qu\u00e9 sirven las encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n al cliente? No podr\u00edamos entender qu\u00e9 es el CSAT sin ellas.
