Hoy vamos a mostrarte <strong>c\u00f3mo utilizar <a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/glosario\/cross-selling\/\">cross selling<\/a> y up cross selling en tus campa\u00f1as de <a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/email-marketing\/\">email marketing<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de empezar, vamos a ver en qu\u00e9 <strong>situaciones se suelen enviar esas <a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/blog\/newsletter-que-es\/\">newsletter<\/a> de up selling y cross selling, <\/strong>ya que el momento es esencial para que funcionen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuando una persona ha estado <strong>visitando alg\u00fan producto en la web:<\/strong> es decir, ha hecho varias b\u00fasquedas sobre algo concreto, por ejemplo mallas para correr, y eso queda guardado en tu base de datos.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando una persona <strong>a\u00f1ade productos a su lista de deseos o al carrito pero no los ha comprado a\u00fan:<\/strong> ya que sabemos que le interesa pero a\u00fan no ha realizado la acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando una persona <strong>ha realizado ya una compra<\/strong> y se le proponen nuevas opciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cabe destacar que, para que estas t\u00e9cnicas funcionen en el email marketing, <strong>hay que tener una buena plataforma que recoja y analice todos esos datos <\/strong>de los usuarios para luego poder utilizarlos en las newsletter.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo usar up selling en email marketing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el <strong>up selling tendr\u00e1s que centrarte en ofrecer un producto o servicio similar al que el usuario ha visto, quiere comprar o ha comprado<\/strong>. Un gran ejemplo de empresa que realiza newsletter de up selling correctamente es Amazon.<\/p>\n<p>Todos hemos hecho alguna b\u00fasqueda en Amazon y luego hemos recibido un email con sugerencias del mismo producto o muy parecido con variedad de precios, en ocasiones m\u00e1s caros.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que eso es precisamente lo que hay que hacer para aplicar el up selling en el email marketing:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sabemos lo que le interesa a un potencial cliente o cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Le recomendamos productos similares bas\u00e1ndonos en lo que ha visto.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos <a href=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/glosario\/llamada-a-la-accion\/\"><strong>CTA<\/strong><\/a> en la newsletter que inviten a realizar la compra.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es importante comprender que <strong>no es necesario crear una newsletter espec\u00edfica para hacer up selling<\/strong>. \u00bfSe puede hacer? S\u00ed. \u00bfPodemos elegir integrarlo en otro tipo de email? Tambi\u00e9n. Por ejemplo, al realizar una compra, Zalando incluye debajo una secci\u00f3n de \u201ccreemos que te gustar\u00e1\u201d con productos de up selling. Tambi\u00e9n lo incluye en los correos de devoluciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/zalando.png\" alt=\"Ejemplo Zalando\" width=\"450\" height=\"559\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>C\u00f3mo usar cross selling en email marketing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En el <strong>cross selling<\/strong> <strong>funciona muy similar al anterior<\/strong>, solo que <strong>ofreciendo algo complementario<\/strong> al producto que ha buscado, quiere comprar o ha comprado una persona.<\/p>\n<p>Se suele utilizar mucho en el mundo de la moda, haciendo recomendaciones de <strong>art\u00edculos que se suelen comprar juntos o combinar<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n, al igual que la t\u00e9cnica anterior, se puede combinar en otros correos, como en el de una venta, en el de \u201cmira lo que tienes en tu lista de deseos\u201d y dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>ejemplo de cross selling en email marketing<\/strong> que no sea de moda es la empresa de cursos online Domestika.
