{"id":11107,"date":"2020-03-06T09:25:47","date_gmt":"2020-03-06T08:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.acumbamail.com\/?p=11107"},"modified":"2022-07-25T22:53:14","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T20:53:14","slug":"metodo-smart-objetivos-marketing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/blog\/metodo-smart-objetivos-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9todo SMART: c\u00f3mo aplicarlo a tus objetivos de marketing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una de las cosas fundamentales para que una estrategia de marketing tenga \u00e9xito, es que los objetivos de la misma sean definidos de manera certera.<\/p>\n<p>Esto puede ser dif\u00edcil en ocasiones, pero el llamado <strong>m\u00e9todo SMART<\/strong> puede serte de gran ayuda a la hora de establecerlos.<\/p>\n<p>En este post puedes leer todo lo que necesitas saber sobre este m\u00e9todo.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 es el m\u00e9todo SMART<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>m\u00e9todo SMART<\/strong> es una <strong>herramienta que puede ser utilizada para ayudar a definir los objetivos de una campa\u00f1a de marketing<\/strong> de manera inteligente, tratando as\u00ed de obtener los mejores resultados de las campa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien SMART es un acr\u00f3nimo, la palabra en s\u00ed \u201csmart\u201d hace referencia a listo o inteligente en la lengua inglesa. Por esto mismo se define como una <strong>forma inteligente de definir los objetivos para tener los resultados m\u00e1s exitosos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/acumbamail.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/smart-acumba.jpg\" alt=\"metodo smart\" width=\"850\" height=\"567\" \/><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2>Qu\u00e9 significa SMART<\/h2>\n<p>Las siglas SMART hacen referencia a los siguientes adjetivos, los cuales deben definir los objetivos de la campa\u00f1a de marketing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong> viene de <em>Specific<\/em>, significa que nuestros objetivos deben ser <strong>espec\u00edficos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>M<\/strong> viene de <em>Measurable<\/em>, significa que debe ser <strong>medible.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A<\/strong> viene de <em>Attainable<\/em>, significa que tiene que ser <strong>alcanzable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>R<\/strong> viene de <em>Relevant<\/em>, significa que tiene que ser <strong>relevante.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>T<\/strong> viene de <em>Time-bound<\/em>, significa que ha de ser <strong>temporal.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si escuchamos hablar de <strong>objetivos SMART, <\/strong>se trata de objetivos que se han hecho teniendo en cuenta este m\u00e9todo y que, por tanto, son espec\u00edficos, medibles, alcanzables, relevantes y temporales.<\/p>\n<h2>C\u00f3mo aplicar el m\u00e9todo SMART<\/h2>\n<p>Para aplicar el <strong>m\u00e9todo SMART<\/strong> en la definici\u00f3n de los objetivos de una campa\u00f1a de marketing habr\u00e1 que responder a las siguientes preguntas que conllevan sus siglas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Espec\u00edfico: <\/strong>\u00bf<em>Qu\u00e9 es lo que se quiere conseguir?<\/em> Ha de concretarse lo que se quiere conseguir y definir claramente el objetivo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medible:<\/strong> <em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede medir su resultado?<\/em> Hay que fijarse n\u00fameros para saber si se han cumplido las expectativas o la campa\u00f1a no ha sido eficaz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alcanzable:<\/strong> <em>\u00bfSe puede alcanzar? \u00bfEs realista?<\/em> Es necesario plantearse si el objetivo es realista y comparar los objetivos de campa\u00f1as similares si es posible para saber si las expectativas planteadas son realistas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Relevante: <\/strong><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 importancia tiene el objetivo para el plan de marketing?<\/em> Hay que meditar sobre la importancia del cumplimiento del objetivo espec\u00edfico para el objetivo final del plan de marketing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Temporal: <\/strong><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto tiempo es necesario invertir para conseguirlo?<\/em> Se deben concretar fechas y acotar el cumplimiento del objetivo en un tiempo determinado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si existen las respuestas apropiadas para todas las preguntas anteriores en todos los objetivos que planteamos, significa que el plan de marketing tiene <strong>objetivos SMART.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ejemplos de aplicaci\u00f3n de objetivos SMART<\/h2>\n<p>Vamos a poner un <strong>ejemplo de aplicaci\u00f3n con el m\u00e9todo SMART <\/strong>para comprender mejor el concepto, tratando una <strong>campa\u00f1a de email marketing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S \u2013 Espec\u00edfico: conseguir 100 nuevos leads del segmento \u201cfamilias con pap\u00e1s que hacen deporte\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>M \u2013 Medible: lo sabremos por los resultados que obtengamos de leads inscritos a trav\u00e9s del formulario del correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>A \u2013 Alcanzable: si el segmento al que queremos dirigirnos es de 2000 personas, podemos decir que 100 leads es alcanzable.<\/p>\n<p>R \u2013 Relevante: queremos conseguir leads de ese segmento para la campa\u00f1a posterior del d\u00eda del padre, ofrecerles productos deportivos para regalar en ese d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>T \u2013 Temporal: es un objetivo concreto en el tiempo y que se puede alcanzar en un plazo de 1 semana.
